Software built around your work.

When off-the-shelf tools don't fit, or you are stitching five of them together with spreadsheets, we build the system in between: a CRM, a job tracker, an admin panel or an internal tool your team will actually use.

Your rules, in code you own

What we build. Around your process.

We start from how the work moves through your business today, then build only what removes real friction.

  1. 01

    CRM Solutions

A customer and pipeline system with the fields, stages and views your team uses, nothing extra.

  2. 02

    ERP Solutions

Stock, orders, purchasing and invoicing in one place, connected to your accounting software.

  3. 03

    SaaS Products

Turn an internal tool or an idea into a product others can sign up to and pay for.

  4. 04

    Desktop Applications

Windows and macOS apps for work that needs local files, hardware or offline use.

  5. 05

    Admin Panels

Clean back-office screens over your existing data, with roles so people only see what they need.

  6. 06

    Automation Tools

Scripts and services that move data between systems, generate documents and send updates on schedule.

  7. 07

    Internal Business Systems

Job tracking, scheduling, approvals and reporting, built around the way your team already works.

How a build runs. One working piece at a time.

We ship in small, usable parts, so your team is using the system long before the last feature is done.

  1. Step 01

    Map the workflow

We sit with the people doing the work and map each step, tool and hand-off.

  2. Step 02

    Agree the first release

The smallest version that removes the most manual work, with a fixed quote.

  3. Step 03

    Build in short cycles

Working software every week or two on a test environment, with your team giving feedback.

  4. Step 04

Move the data and switch over

We import your existing records, train the team and run alongside the old way until you are confident.

What you get at handover. Documented and yours.

Everything is written so another developer could pick it up. That is good for you, and it keeps us honest.

  • The working system, deployed to infrastructure you own
  • Source code in a repository you own
  • Your existing data imported and checked
  • User roles, permissions and backups set up
  • Technical notes on how it is built and deployed
  • A walkthrough for the people who will use it daily

Questions we get asked.

Something not covered here? Ask us on the discovery call. There are no wrong questions.

  • Often an existing tool is the right answer, and we will tell you if so. Custom makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when you are paying for several tools and gluing them together by hand.

  • In most cases, yes. Accounting, CRM, email, payment and booking tools usually have ways to connect. We check this during scoping, before you commit.

  • We import them into the new system and check the numbers with you. The old files stay as an archive until you no longer need them.

  • Where it helps, yes: reading documents, drafting replies, summarising records or answering questions about your own data. It is optional and scoped like any other feature.

  • We offer ongoing support and small improvements. Because the code and documentation are yours, you can also bring it in-house later.

Let's map the work your tools don't cover.

Show us the spreadsheets and the copy-paste. We'll tell you what to build, what to buy instead, and what it would cost.

  1. 30 min

    A discovery call

You walk us through a normal week: where leads come in, what gets answered late, what eats your evenings.

  2. Within a week

    A written plan

What to automate first and why, which tools it plugs into, and a fixed quote. No obligation to go ahead.

  3. Then

    We build it with you

Small first release on real work, you approve every step, then we widen it.
